1948 Interim Period SAFED LOCAL 10m.black on blue, type 5 from the second setting with gutter adjacent at right, tied to unaddressed philatelic cover by violet SAFED 6 MAY 1948 (first day of use of this obliterator). With a light offset of the postmark on the reverse.
OPINION: GENUINE cover in excellent condition. Stamp signed...on back (inside cover).
